- ½ cup Sour cream
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dill , minced
- 1 tsp White sugar
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- 3 cups Cucumber , peeled, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, vinegar, dill, sugar, salt and garlic powder. Add cucumber and red onion. Toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Add any other seasonings you wish
- Pairs well with breaded chicken or pork
