- 4 Peaches, ripe, pitted and halved
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- Heat skillet or grill to medium-high.
- Brush peaches with oil and grill, cut-side down, until soft, about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Flip and grill the other side until peaches are almost falling apart, about 5 minutes more.
- Additionally, you can garnish peaches with cinnamon, brown sugar or fresh mint
