Grilled peaches make a delectable dessert or accompaniment to grilled meat. Brushing the peach halves with olive oil prior to grilling will help to prevent them from burning.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Peaches, ripe, pitted and halved
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

METHOD

  • Heat skillet or grill to medium-high.
  • Brush peaches with oil and grill, cut-side down, until soft, about 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Flip and grill the other side until peaches are almost falling apart, about 5 minutes more.

NOTES

  • Additionally, you can garnish peaches with cinnamon, brown sugar or fresh mint
