- ½ cup Yogurt , plain
- ½ cup Cucumber , seeded, chopped
- 2 tbsp Cilantro , chopped
- 2 tsp Green onion, chopped
- ¼ tsp Coriander, ground
- ¼ tsp Cumin , ground
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Season to taste with salt. Chill raita, covered, until ready to serve.
