Mango Salsa

This salsa pairs well with grilled chicken and salmon. Lessen the amount of jalapeño if you’re not a fan of spice.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Mango , peeled, pitted and diced
  • 2 tbsp Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, minced
  • 3 tbsp Cilantro , chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice

METHOD

  • In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño and cilantro.
  • Stir in lime juice and chill in refrigerator.
  • Serve with fish, steak, tacos, or tortilla chips!

NOTES

  • If the salsa is too acidic, stir in chopped avocado
