INGREDIENTS
- 1 Mango , peeled, pitted and diced
- 2 tbsp Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, minced
- 3 tbsp Cilantro , chopped
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
METHOD
- In a medium bowl, combine mango, red onion, jalapeño and cilantro.
- Stir in lime juice and chill in refrigerator.
- Serve with fish, steak, tacos, or tortilla chips!
NOTES
- If the salsa is too acidic, stir in chopped avocado
