Heat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut 2 large rectangular pieces of parchment paper or foil. Place a piece of parchment on a cutting board or baking sheet. Place the fish with its garnishes and seasoning on parchment, put the other piece on top and fold all the edges until closed.

Place in oven for 10 to 15 minutes, depending on how done you’d like to serve the salmon.

Remove from the oven. Open the packages carefully; the steam and liquid are hot. Serve.
